Since February 1998, we’ve lovingly served the residents of New Albany and northeast Columbus, Ohio.

Our quality measures aren’t only based on our high standards, but those of our rehab guests, residents, families and governing entities. The Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services measure quality through annual surveys and ratings. Customer satisfaction surveys are given to each skilled nursing and rehab guest to complete prior to discharge, and New Albany consistently receives excellent ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Ohio Department of Health. *The greatest compliment is when our patients appreciate and recommend our services.

Our staff never stops learning

Ongoing staff training means our administrative, nursing, therapy, dining and facilities staffs remain compliant with state and federal healthcare regulations, food handling and sanitation standards, and OSHA regulations. Known internally as MacIntosh University, we maintain a comprehensive online library of continuing education and in-service courses for the long-term care industry for associates in all departments and for all skill levels.
